COLUMBUS, Ohio, September 25, 2017 – Cott Systems, Inc., an innovator in public records management solutions for nearly 130 years, has been selected by Manchester, Connecticut, to continue as their vendor of choice for land records management.

The Town of Manchester, located in the eastern section of Hartford County, has been a technology leader in the state of Connecticut. Partnering with Cott Systems allows Manchester to continue to push the technology threshold forward.
