Deborah graduated from Hollins College, Virginia with a bachelor's degree in 1980. Her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree came from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business with a focus on Marketing.  In 1992, Deborah also received her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Prior to joining her family’s business, Deborah spent 15 years working in the areas of strategic marketing and strategic corporate planning in the banking, insurance, and investment industries.

Karen Bailey

Treasurer & Owner

Karen graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS degree in 1985. She joined Cott Systems as part of the Administration Division. In 1987 she was promoted to Office Manager of that division. After returning to school to study finance, Karen began managing the Company's assets. She was elected the company's Treasurer in 1989. Today, Karen continues to oversee the company's assets as well as participate in the management of the Purchasing, Billing, and Accounting Departments.
Mark Hellbusch

Mark has 25 years of software development and technology experience in multiple organizations, from startups to global corporations in both the private and public sectors. His experience includes information systems engineering, application services & enterprise architecture, solutions development, and quality. He has served as both a COO and Chief Technology Officer. Mark has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado as well as an MBA from Duke University.
Lisa Buonamici
Lisa Buonamici
Vice President Finance

Lisa brings to Cott several years of finance and accounting experience in both the public and private sectors, including ten years as a public accountant providing services to various industries. Lisa obtained a BS in marketing from Ohio State University and completed the accounting curriculum at Youngstown State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and active member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Steve McCullough
Vice President Sales

Steve brings to Cott more than 20 years of sales experience in the technology industry. He has played instrumental roles in several technology organizations, helping them to achieve their growth goals. Steve has particular expertise in strategy development and execution, team building, sales process modeling, and data-based analysis. Steve received his Bachelor of Science from the Georgia State University.
Tonie Dotson DeLoach
Tonie Dotson-DeLoach
Vice President Human Resources

Tonie joined Cott Systems in 1984 and throughout her career has worked in different areas of the company including the Professional Services and Finance Departments. In 1996, Tonie transitioned into Human Resources and began managing the function in 2002. Tonie is a member of the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio, the Columbus Compensation Association, the Society of Human Resource Professionals, and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional.
