Cott's Microfilm Services, utilizing a Kodak
certified lab, allow you to maintain a film copy of your important documents
that, when stored properly, will last for hundreds of years - a last line of
defense against the loss of data.
In today’s ever changing world so many new media types
have been developed (Floppy, CD, DVD, numerous tape versions).
Only Microfilm has stood the test of time and is truly the
only long-lasting media. Microfilm is created from
scanned images of your documents that will provide superior quality
when compared to traditional microfilm that was created using
cameras.
Creating Microfilm from digital images enables additional
features like size blipping, image indexing, single or dual channeling
and the ability to provide additional silver copies with the
exact same quality.
