Employee Spotlight

Meet Brent Webb! Brent joined the Cott Systems family in early 2004 and quickly became a valuable asset to the company. Brent is our Lead Systems Technician and plays a major part in every Cott Systems installation.

He coordinates all of the facets of the installation having to do with hardware, networking, and any software required to enable all of the components of the system to work together. He, with the help of his team, sets up the servers and workstations and installs all of the background software, hardware drivers, backup utilities, SQL Server, and whatever else is necessary for a successful installation.

Brent consults with the customer every step of the way to resolve issues with licensing, networking or any number of other situations that may occur, before, during and after the install. If you have experienced an installation coordinated by Brent, then you can see why we are so proud of his work.
