Tonie joined Cott Systems in 1984 and throughout her career worked in different areas of the company including Professional Services and Finance. In 1996, Tonie transitioned into Human Resources, and began managing the function in 2002. Tonie is member of the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio, the Columbus Compensation Association, and the Society of Human Resource Professionals, and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional. |
