Monty joined Cott Systems in 2006 as Operations Manager, with years of experience in operational efficiency and a background in process improvement with training in the Lean Six Sigma management philosophy. In 2009, Monty was promoted to Director of Operations over the Data and Image Services Division.
Monty graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S.B.A. degree specializing in Production and Operations Management and a minor emphasis in Psychology. Prior to joining the Cott Team, he held leadership positions at both National City Corporation and Alliance Data Systems focusing on process design, technology innovation and customer care.
