Jodie joined Cott Systems in 2004 bringing with her a wealth of experience in Technology, Business Process Re-engineering and Customer Service. Jodie’s formal education is in Computer Science from DeVry University combined with a variety of ancillary technology and management courses. She came to Cott from Sterling Commerce where she spent 5 years managing varying levels of technical support departments, including leading a world-wide help desk organization. Jodie is a key contributor to Cott. She has helped transition Cott into a “Serve the Customer or Serve Someone Who Is” philosophy by developing and implementing a variety of programs and refining sales and support processes to create ravings fans in Cott’s customer base. Jodie is a highly motivated business leader who is energized by customer centric environments. |
