Dwight has worked for over three decades for Hall County, Georgia; twenty-four years as the Clerk of Superior and State Court.  During his tenure with Hall County Dwight served on several government associations, committees and boards in roles including:

• Chairman of Superior Court Clerks’ Training Council  
• President of Council of Superior Court Clerks of Georgia
• President of County Officers’ Association of Georgia
• President of Superior Court Clerks’ Association of Georgia
• Chairman of Superior Court Clerks’ Legislative Committee
• Member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority

Dwight has been recognized for his service and contributions to the State of Georgia and is the recipient of the:

• Superior Court Clerks’ Association of Georgia Outstanding Leadership Award
• Superior Court Clerks’ Ninth District Clerk of the Year
• County Officer of the Year Award
• Superior Court Clerk of the Year Award
