Brian has 23 years of IT experience, starting as a Unix/C Programmer and Application trainer. Since then, he has spent most of his career in Technology Sales and Sales Management.  Although experienced in working with B2B, Educational, and State/Federal Government clients, Brian’s greatest enjoyment has been working with County and Municipal Government clients.  It is with this passion and experience that Brian represents Cott Systems for the counties within the states of New York & Pennsylvania.
